Forms of Payment:





Major credit cards are accepted through Google Checkout and Paypal.

E-Checks:
Electronic Checks are also accepted through Paypal.   Some Domestic e-checks can take up to a week to clear and International e-checks can take longer.  Please follow up with your transaction details located in your paypal account as to when your e-check is scheduled to clear.   Please note, your items will only be shipped once payment has cleared. 

Personal Checks & Money-orders:
At this time, we cannot accept either personal checks or money-orders.

 

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

Shipping:
Standard shipping methods are USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class or USPS Parcel Post.  Shipping methods are predetermined by item.   Shipments go out daily.  The USPS estimates delivery times for Priority Mail 2-5 days, First Class and Parcel post estimated delivery times are 3-10 days, depending on location. 

Confirmation Number:
All packages mailed within the U.S. are given a confirmation tracking number which can be viewed in your Paypal transaction details. USPS online information is often NOT updated until package is enroute or delivered.  The USPS can experience delivery delays around holidays.

Insurance:
Once your package leaves our facility, we absolutely CANNOT be held accountable for damaged or lost items! Should you experience loss or damage to your package, you will need to contact USPS with your confirmation number and proof of payment.  A printout of your Paypal or Google receipt should be sufficient for claim.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Shipping:
All items shipped outside of the United States are shipped by Priority Mail International.   Most packages are marked as gifts.  International transit times vary by country and destination.  International packages cannot be tracked.  If you feel your package is delayed, please contact your local Post Office.  It is common for packages to be held up by your countries Customs.

 

Returns:
You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a product refund.
Please contact us for a Return Authorization before sending items back. Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Certain items can not be returned due to hygenic reasons.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges, to and from.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
